Vanessa has been with Sussex her entire life, watching and learning as her father advanced the company into a distinguished Australian manufacturing business. Today, she is the Director of Sussex after her father passed away in 2011.

Everything in Sussex is an extension of Vanessa and her family. The ethos formed from their caring passion shapes a loving working environment for their staff, fostering that sense of family in Sussex itself. It also motivates everyone to grow in the right way, including ideals larger than the business itself.
