PRODUCT SPECIALIST
Teresa’s endearing connection with Sussex customers is a big reason why customers keep coming back. Teresa started in 1984 with our founder Nick in his earring business, and eventually became our first receptionist. A testament to her caring nature, she still greets the customers 37 years later now as our Product Specialist. Her decades of experience benefit the customers as she knows all the aspects of production, details of every product, and has a close relationship with the production team getting through urgent orders for customers.
She’s friendly, loves helping people, and loves talking to them. It’s probably why she’s been nicknamed “The Godmother”.
