How does our LUXPVD® process work?
Automated ultrasonic cleaning
During the first stage of our LUXPVD® process, every component transitions through our ultrasonic immersion cleaning tanks. They are a sustainable, automated, contamination-free processing that cleanses the tapware in preparation for its LUXPVD® finish.
LUXPVD® coating
Once inside our LUXPVD® machine, a vacuum is formed through which we transfer metal vapour at an atomic level onto our electrically conductive components. Here our team can consistently regulate the material density to ensure accurate colour and perfect tone every single time.
Quality control
After receiving their unique LUXPVD® coating, the components pass through our meticulous inspection process. Here we check finish consistency, colour accuracy, and material density prior to their assembly and delivery to the customer.
