Heidy’s commitment to teamwork and desire to keep learning is a prime example of the people who make Sussex special. Heidy joined the Sussex family as a production assembler in 2008. Her sharp eyes and steady hands have helped assemble many thousands of the delicate components that make up a Sussex tap. As she learned more about the business and production processes, she took her talents to the next level as our Production Assistant, helping the management team and planner by creating job briefs for the assembly team.

Her team’s thoughtfully assembled components are carefully packaged and then are ready to be shipped on time. When her team works well together, it means a job well done and the big reward of satisfaction.
