TOOLROOM MANAGER
Hands-on and always tinkering, Neil is a true Sussex craftsman, even if his official title doesn’t state it.For Neil, working with his hands is more than just a skill, more than just a profession, it’s his passion. Joining our workshop in 2018, he brings with him 35 years of experience in organisation and innovation as a toolmaker. As our Toolroom Manager, he knows how to adapt, invent, and document, as well as engage the talented minds around him.
Neil, with his team of craftsmen and engineers, invent specialised tools for our machines, including our new PVD finishing machine. It’s all about finding ways to develop and implement improvements to optimise productivity and minimise downtime.
