Insight Body and Mind is a holistic Melbourne-based practice offering psychology and mindful movement

Insight Body and Mind was designed by Biasol Studio to mirror its integrated methodology of movement and psychology. This special approach to health and wellbeing required spaces that encouraged relaxing energy and flow.

The studio uses natural light and a calming, earthy colour palette to serve as a peaceful backdrop for its pilates, yoga and barre classes.

The unique feature of the practice is the connected psychological treatment centre, using brown and white marble, dark greens and airy white textiles to provided a supportive, tranquil environment to the psychologists that work there.

The Sussex Voda and Circa lines in Matt Black are used in the holistic centre’s spa-like bathrooms, becoming a statement piece amongst the warm terracotta tile and stone used in the showers and benchtops.
