Located on Sargood Street in the Melbourne suburb of Hampton, this house is the 2025 grand prize for the Royal Melbourne Hospital lottery by builder Mazzei Homes. Created in collaboration with Webster Architecture & Interiors and Nathan Burkett Landscape Architects, this home brings elevated luxury for the modern family.
The home’s distinctive curved façade, with privacy screens crafted by Shades, blends modern design with subtle nods to the past, creating a space that feels modern and familiar.
The designers used Sussex Scala tapware to follow this approach on a smaller scale. The coolness of the LUXPVD® Smoke Gunmetal finish fits perfectly amongst the warm backdrops while also tying together the master ensuite, upstairs ensuite bathrooms, laundry and kitchen.

Webster Architecture chose soft, neutral tones that complement the Bayside location, filling the home with natural light and warmth. Floor-to-ceiling windows welcomes sunlight and frame the lush gardens that surround the property, creating welcoming and light-filled spaces.
