Close to Sydney’s eastern beaches is musician Guy and stylist Jules’s family home. Designed by architect Joe Snell of Studio Snell, the Sebastian’s house provides private and public boundaries that can be adapted to fit the family of four’s needs. From the street, the building has a closed presence, but once you’re inside the three-level, four-bedroom home, every room will welcome and delight you.

The home’s details are what makes it a work of art. From the hand-trowelled custom concrete panels in the central foyer to the black steel-framed panoramic glass, the design’s considered approach is a fusion of grand gestures and purposeful functionality.
