Elizabeth Quay Apartments
Right on the Esplanade is the Quay Perth, a boutique hotel with amenities that encourages its guests to stay awhile.
Quay Perth is an 80-room boutique hotel overlooking Elizabeth Quay and the Swan River in Perth. A renovation and refurbishment project of a former hotel, this luxury accommodation was designed by Alda Consultants and architects Nicola Gibson and Daniel Bailey, in connection with the Louis T Collection, a hotel management and building company.
The interiors were inspired by Western Australia’s natural landscapes, pulling in more natural, earth tones to complement the soft furnishings and clean lines. Augmenting this organic style are pieces from our Scala collection, finished in Brushed Nickel. Found in the bathrooms of all the rooms, the fixtures’ shapes heighten the angularity of the white benchtops and backlit circular mirrors. Other local materials like Victorian ash wood also feature prominently throughout the rooms and hotel, adding to the cozy environment.

The hotel is also focused on playing a larger lifestyle role in Perth. Guests can relax and work at the hotel with its rooftop restaurant and sidewalk cafe as well as the 24-hour co-working space. All three venues take advantage of the gorgeous location by opening up to sweeping views of the river and downtown. Visitors will experience a hotel that uses its style and design to help capture the essence of the city.
